Position Overview:
Piedmont Eye in Atlanta, GA offers a highly desirable PRN opportunity for CRNAs seeking predictable hours, a collaborative team, and an exceptional work environment. This Monday–Thursday schedule runs 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Four CRNAs are onsite daily, and while many days finish before 1:00 PM, providers should plan to work through 3:00 PM, with early-day rotations shared among the team. The center handles ophthalmology cases annually, including cataracts, retinal procedures, and corneal transplants. Administrative & Team Responsibilities
Collaborate with peers and surgeons to promote excellence in anesthesia delivery.
Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Support Leading Locum’s mission and values through leadership in clinical practice.
Foster positive relationships with surgical teams, nursing staff, and facility administration.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program (AANA-approved)
Certified by the AANA Council on Certification
Active Georiga RN and APRN/CRNA licenses
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of independent practice experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience in orthopedic or outpatient anesthesia preferred
