Position Overview:
The Jackson Clinic in Jackson, TN offers a highly desirable opportunity for CRNAs seeking consistent hours, strong compensation, and a streamlined clinical environment. This Monday–Friday schedule runs 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with no nights, no call, and no weekends, supporting an excellent work-life balance. Providers practice independently in a GI-focused setting, delivering efficient, routine cases in a predictable workflow. Compensation is $200/hour through July 1, 2026, transitioning to $165/hour with an 8-hour guarantee, and includes malpractice coverage, travel, and lodging. With credentialing in under 30 days and flexible short- or long-term assignment options, this is an ideal opportunity for CRNAs looking for both stability and flexibility.
Administrative & Team Responsibilities
Collaborate with peers and surgeons to promote excellence in anesthesia delivery.
Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Support Leading Locum’s mission and values through leadership in clinical practice.
Foster positive relationships with surgical teams, nursing staff, and facility administration.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program (AANA-approved)
Certified by the AANA Council on Certification
Active Georiga RN and APRN/CRNA licenses
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of independent practice experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience in orthopedic or outpatient anesthesia preferred
